Classification and Design
We work very closely with hazardous area classification and design engineers, we have a great team of draftsman and engineers ready to start work on your next project.
Installation and Verification
Once we have designed and classified your hazardous area, it is time to start the installation process using speciality EX rated equipment, we follow stringent standards set out by the AS/NZ 60079. Series.
As to how to install hazardous area equipment to properly mitigate the risk’s, we cover all aspects and differing types of installation such as EX d, EX i, EX t, etc.
Hazardous Area Verification Dossier (HAVD)
For those of you that don’t know, this is the document that tries the whole installation together. It contains all the information needed for anyone entering the site to fully understand the products and their risks.
Some of this information includes: Maintenance Schedule, Housekeeping, Operating Presence of Explosives, Site Maps and Mark-ups. Call us today if you would like us to have a look at your existing dossier to determine whether it contains all the relevant information.
Inspections & Sign Off
Once all of the above is completed, all that’s left to do is the initial inspection of the newly installed EX rated equipment, sign it off and compile a report.
